what are your candles made from?

our candles are handmade with care using high-quality ingredients. each candle is crafted in small batches to ensure the best quality and scent throw.

how long do your candles burn?

burn time varies by candle size. for best results and longest burn time, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use and allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn.

do you offer samples? (coming soon)

yes! we offer a scent sampler so you can try different fragrances before committing to full-size candles.

how should i care for my candle?

for the best experience:

trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting  
burn for 2–4 hours at a time to prevent tunneling  
keep away from drafts and flammable materials  
never leave a burning candle unattended

do you ship internationally?

currently, we only ship within the united states via usps.

how long does shipping take?

orders are processed within 3-5 business days. shipping times vary by destination. you'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

what is your return policy?

because of the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. we only accept returns for damaged or defective items. please see our refund policy for more details.

can i pick up my order locally?

yes! local delivery is available within a limited radius for eligible addresses. orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.
