tracking & support

all orders include tracking numbers.
for lost or delayed packages, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

if a package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us and we’ll assist you.

shipping protection

shipping protection is available at checkout to cover loss or damage during transit.
if shipping protection is not added, fa. with love is not responsible for packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier.
