Local Delivery:
Local delivery is available within a limited radius for eligible addresses. Local delivery orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after the order is placed. You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once a package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the postal carrier. If your order is delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, email us at thefreckledacres@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.
