we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

if your order arrives with an issue, please email us at thefreckledacres@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery and include:
• your order number
• a description of the issue
• a photo if applicable

when appropriate, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
